Proof Reader
About this Position
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Managing Directors in Toronto to review and edit medical marketing deliverables throughout the various stages of the engagement lifecycle. The Maven Proof Reader is thorough and deliberate in their editing process, will support the development of marketing and advertising materials in a manner by communicating with senior members of the Maven Team, and will be accountable for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of content regarding both medical research and brand voice. This position includes working with the team in the downtown office and the ability to often work from home.
Responsibilities
Ensuring that deliverables are high-quality (accurate, consistent, and abide by current regulations, standards, and guidelines);
Working with senior team members in the agency;
Working on multiple projects simultaneously;
Content editing, cross-checking, and documentation;
Learning and contributing to company workflow, process and communication methodology.
